The Two-Bedroom Chalet is ideal for a family with its spacious 495 square feet. With two queen size beds, it can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. For a more intimate getaway, the Studio with Garden View offers 398 square feet of cozy space. It features a queen size bed and can accommodate two adults and one child.

If you're traveling with a larger group, the One-Bedroom Chalets provide ample space and comfort. The first One-Bedroom Chalet has a room size of 452 square feet. It offers a queen size bed and a sofa bed, accommodating four adults and one child. The second One-Bedroom Chalet is slightly larger at 495 square feet. With two queen size beds and a sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate six adults and two children.

Each chalet is beautifully designed with a touch of mountain charm and provides a private and peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Smoking is not allowed in any of the chalets, ensuring a clean and fresh environment for all guests.

Loved the entire 2 BR cabin #6. EXCEPT the tiny refrig. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms very pretty, we loved the many windows and lots of outlets. Beautiful bathroom had lots of space, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous countertops, large lovely living room with a fantastic L shaped sofa. Very nice fenced outdoor area, loved the gas BBQ. Location was quiet and seemed "private" yet it was close to everything. Sheets and comforter and pillows were soft, fluffy and gorgeous, no stains at all. Great layout. Absolutely fantastic ( except the refrigerator was way too tiny, and the freezer was only big enough for tiny ice cube trays. Refrigerator was our only complaint, but it was a big negative)

The Colorado Lodge is located close to town but in a secluded location that makes you feel out of town. Multiple cabins are available, and they vary in size. Each cabin also has a grill, and most seem to have a pizza oven as well. The property is clean and professionally managed, and management is attentive to guest issues and questions and remediates any potential issues quickly and professionally.

Stuff is very helpful and very professional. Great location. Very lovely place, nice interior, everything you need inside (dishwasher, dryer, stove, oven). Near the house, there is a grill, firewood, pizza grill oven. And many others on the territory of the lodge. Very close to the Big Bear Village center, also to the lake and to the ski area. I would 100% recommend this place!

We booked this place at the last minute because our previous reservation got canceled — and we’re so grateful it worked out this way! Colorado Lodge is an amazing place. It has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, barbecue gear, an incredible hot tub, and the feeling of a complete detox from the city. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be back!

The place has a very modern feel. Odd thing to include here but I loved the smell of the toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner 🙂). I would suggest selecting the deluxe location since it has a private backyard if it’s a consideration of yours. Also, Sabrina, who handles customer requests and questions is awesome.
